Delighted and honored to do two tasting dinners in one of Madrid's most prestigious restaurants.


Thanks to the brilliant Julio Miralles and the charming Carmen González, respectively chef and director, to welcome me with my chef Grégory Réjou and my pastry chef Stéphane Minvielle.
