Frédéric Vardon at Grand Hyatt Tokyo

From 1 to 10 November, Frédéric Vardon will be the guest chef of the bistro 'The French Kitchen' at Grand Hyatt Tokyo

This bistro presents traditional French cuisine in the lively Roppongi Hills district. The Grand Hyatt has appealed to the chef to sign the menu according to the gourmet and authentic recipes offered in its ZINC bistro. Frédéric Vardon very attached to Japan and its culture, he knows since he opened the bistro Benoit for and with Alain Ducasse in September 2005, says that back in Japan is a unique experience for him to be able to go back to encounter a culture and cuisine he loves focused on the products, understanding and simple.
