Chicago : The dear Normandy of Frédéric Vardon is celebrated !
Frédéric Vardon will be the chef of honor of the gala dinner for the Stars Night, an event organized by the FACC on 16th, May at the Chicago Sofitel.
The Star Night will close the first French Innovation Week, an event which promotes France in Chicago from 9th to 16th May 2014. The gala dinner celebrates the region Normandy and the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings. The menu will highlight the local Normandy produces to the French-American business community of Midwest.
For this occasion, the FACC calls on Frédéric Vardon's services in order to bring the French touch to the dinner, and a bit of his native Normandy. For the purpose, he has cooked the main course as well as several appetizers. The Normandy cuisine remains his main inspiration, but also the food he serves at his starred restaurant Le 39V...
