PARISIAN GASTRONOMY - THE BOOK SIGNATURE OF FRÉDÉRIC VARDON


This book retraces his origins from Normandy and his learning alongside four famous Chef : Jean-Pierre Morot Gaudry, Alain Dutournier, Alain Chapel et Alain Ducasse.

These experiences enable him to open his first restaurant Le 39V Paris then to open in September the 39V in Hong Kong.
